Enjoy the benefits of the Asheville Art Museum's program Yoga @ the Museum. Certified yoga instructor, Kim Zdanowicz, will teach gentle yoga poses during this six-week course focusing on flexibility, alignment and relaxation. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing. Class limited to 12 people. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
