Bill W. and Dr. Bob tells the great American success story of a stockbroker and a surgeon, both alcoholics, whose relationship was the genesis of Alcoholics Anonymous in 1935. Alone and about to die, they created and pioneered the treatment of alcoholics, through their remarkable discovery that The only thing that can keep a drunk sober is telling his story to another drunk.
