New Page Corporation Presents Neil Gurney's - The Sustainability Revolution

Going Green is Good for Business: On Monday, November 16, the American Advertising Federation of Asheville (AAFA) will host "The Sustainability Revolution," an educational luncheon program sponsored by New Page Corporation, a leading manufacturer of coated paper. Guest speaker Neil Gurney, of Saatchi and Saatchi will lead the presentation. According to Gurney, "if nothing is done to stop corporate mass consumption of the earth's natural resources, we will simply run out." He previously led the agency's sustainability movement, managing international brands like Guinness, Metropolitan Life, Proctor and Gamble, Johnson and Johnson, and DuPont. Gurney once managed brand strategy for local agency The Alpha Group - working on such notable accounts as The Grove Park Inn Resort, Billy Graham Training Center, Advantage West and the Blue Ridge National Heritage Area, just to name a few.
The luncheon presentation will be held at Posana Cafe, 1 Biltmore Avenue, in downtown Asheville near Pack Square from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 pm. Admission is $15 for members and $25 for guests, including a full lunch. Registration Deadline is November 13. To reserve your space email programs@aafasheville.org or call 828-258-0316.
