Warren Wilson, is hosting the third annual "Mountain Green Conference" on June 24, 2009.
This year's theme centers on Green Tourism.
Local as well as national experts will be presenting break out sessions pertaining to a variety of topics such as; Green Cleaning, Conservation Development, Green Lending, Sustainable Tourism, Wholistic Manufacturing, Green Marketing, Certification Programs, Green Building and Tax Incentives for Going Green.
The keynote speaker, Leilani Munter shares her story of a race car driver's journey to be carbon neutral.
Registration for the conference is $100.
The local vender areas as well as the evening events are open to the public.
