Local area schools Francine Delanie, Rainbow Mountain and Claxton have expressed an interest in having the students provide content for the show. The content will be in the form of topical segments to include movie and book reviews, Animals, sibblings, the Earth, Change, and adoption to name a few. "We are developing a Kid-Friendly radio program that won't drive parents up the wall. We want a show that features the pulse of the Asheville family community," Arem said. "Our mission is to get our listening audience to use their imaginations by providing a diverse engaging imaginative radio program that the family community can feel part of. Call-ins will be a big part of our show, one of the best ways we learn and become engaged is to ask questions", Arem said.

The show launched January 9, 2010 and has five in studio people working on the development and production of the program including 2 children. After the first show both eleven year olds asked "Can we come back next week? And oh I have some friends that would like to write a segment for the show." Tune in to T-Bone's Radio Active Kids on Saturday mornings from 8-10am. We are located on the internet radio station AshevilleFM.org.
