Kids Radio Gets Healthy
ASHEVILLEFM.ORG's popular T-Bone's Radio Active Kids (TRAK), two hours of family coolness on Saturdays from 8:00-10:00 am, has lined up a hands-on show for January 30, 2010. Special guests include staff from the Health Adventure and Hands On!
The Health Adventure, founded in 1968, is Asheville's trusted family health and science attraction. Located in downtown Asheville in Pack Place, The Health Adventure features two levels of hands-on exhibits, a changing exhibits gallery with top-notch and blockbuster traveling exhibits, and enriching programs that seek to improve health awareness, promote wellness lifestyles, and increase science literacy.
Hands On! serves the needs of children and families by providing educational exhibits that stimulate the imagination and motivate learning in a fun, safe, "Hands On!" environment.
Join T-Bone a.k.a. Tim "T-Bone" Arem as he and the gang present a mix of the best of kid-friendly music, updates on family events around town, and live call-ins from listeners ages 5 to adult.
Turn off the TV and tune in on the internet at ASHEVILLEFM.ORG (Asheville's newest radio station), a "kid-friendly radio show that won't drive the parents up the wall." Saturdays from 8:00-10:00am.
