Boot Camp for Runners starts March 1

The spring session of Boot Camp for Runners, sponsored by the Asheville Track Club, starts March 1, from 5:30 - 6:30 a.m. Classes for this session meet Mondays and Wednesdays through March 24 at the Jewish Community Center, 236 Charlotte St., Asheville.
Suitable for runners of all levels, training will focus on core strengthening, with instructor Dean Duncan, former UNCA track and field coach and the owner of FitAthletics. Cost is $66; members of the Asheville Track Club and the Jewish Community Center pay $56.
