I share a rental house with 2 guys and another girl. We are supposed to share household chores but that's not happening. I end up doing all the cleaning myself because I can't stand the mess. My housemates have thanked me for everything I do but I still feel taken advantage of. I'm thinking of moving out if this situation doesn't improve, though I would prefer it didn't come to that.

You are right when you say that you are being taken advantage of. Your housemates have a good thing going on. If you really don't want to move, why not present your housemates with a bill for your services. Offer to be the cleaning lady for a reduction in your share of the rent or some cash from each of them at the end of the month. Sounds like you like things done your way, so it might be a grois
Dear Bubbi,
My best friend is cheating on her boyfriend and I'm not comfortable being told all the details. How can I tell her that I don't want to be involved, especially since I see her boyfriend all the time and he is clueless to what's going on. He's a great guy and he deserves better.

Come right out and tell your best friend how you feel. You should not have to be put in this uncomfortable situation especially since you're friends with both of them. Why does your friend feel a need to to "share" all the paskudneh (sordid) details. Is she expecting you to pass judgement on her behavior? If the friendship goes sour...It's no fault of yours.
