ADD at Work: Maximizing Your Effectiveness
ADD/ADHD Workshop - December 12th
Today, an estimated 3-5% of the U.S. population are living with attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD). Some ADD/ADHD adults frequently find themselves stuck, unproductive and unable to get ahead in life, especially in their careers. Are you always late for work? Are you so distracted that you have trouble completing projects on time, or get bogged down for hours doing minor tasks? Maybe you can't find important documents under the growing mound of paper on your desk.
From time to time, everyone deals with these types of issues on the job. But for adults with ADD/ADHD, staying on top of details at work is an endless struggle - one that brings conflict with managers, missed promotions, and a stalled career.
Join Coach Rudy Rodriguez, LCSW and Certified Intrinsic Coach(r) of the ADHD Center for Success, for an interactive three-hour workshop that addresses the behavioral challenges ADD/ADHD adults face in the workplace. The workshop will outline practical strategies for creating a fuller, more successful work life experience. Coach Rudy will offer self management tools for success in the following key areas: time management, routine and structure, procrastination, overwhelm, managing projects effectively and more.
