A Magnificent Day

Two gorgeous days in a row! After weeks of nothing but rain, the sky has become a canvas of magnificent white fluffy clouds and the landscape is drenched with brilliant color. There is a touch of a breeze caressing me.

I am in awe of nature. For a moment I stand outside, listening to the rhapsody of the birds and the sounds of the tall grass dancing in the wind. I go for a long walk. I am alone but surrounded by so much beauty, I forget that I am alone and I smile for no-one except myself...It feels s0 good!

In my mind , I imagine that God has painted this canvas just for me. I am relishing every delicious moment and putting it to memory. Next time I am listening to the rain pound on the roof and watching the sky turn angry, I will transport myself back to this perfect place.

And I will smile...again.
